2022 has saw Layton arrive on Australian Shores via Japan and to Smidgit Yorkies where he will be shown and loved by Alanna & Wayne Burton. Layton has surpassed all expections of his owner from his very first show, winning Best Exhibit in Speciality Show and then going onto win Multiple Best Exhibit in Show All Breeds, Multiple Runner Up Best Exhibit in Show All Breeds and many Best Exhibit in Toy Shows, Runner Up Best Exhibit in Toy Shows, Best Exhibit in Toy Groups and Runner Up Best Exhibit in Toy Groups. We are all looking forward to see what the future holds for this gorgeous little man.

What a stunning example of the breed, and such a pleasure to judge!
He epitomizes the breed standard, with qualities that surpass
any Yorkie, I have judged in this country or overseas,
including a Speciality. They say that no dog is perfect,
but this is about as close to one I have ever come!
Such a showman, so confident, and conveying that
essential "important air" Congratulations!
